How do I place an order?

You can email to sales1@mega-accessories.com you can use your own purchase order form OR use ours, see attached PDF form.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?

It 5000pcs.

What is the standard lead time for production?

If in stock, same day or next day, depending on the time the order is placed, if not in stock it takes around 3-4 weeks, depending on the item.

Do you make logo buttons, tack, snaps…etc?

Yes; we provide per item logo items or full package branding items. Minimums apply for most items. Please send us artwork and spec info to quote development and production pricing.

What type of art files do you need?

PDF or JPG – High Resolution Illustrator (.ai) or PSD.

Are there development (mold) charges for custom logo items?

Yes, the average rate is $80 for molds. Fees depend on the type of trim item.

What is your terms of packing ?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What is your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

How about your delivery time?

sample 7days, bulk 14days.

What is your sample policy?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.

Can you match colors?

Yes, it’s best to provide a color standard (swatch) for dye.

Do you supply dye sets?

Yes; pricing varies depend on set. Please contact us for more information.

Can you attach strings or pins to hang tags?

If you order the Hang Tag from us, we request that to the factory upon placing the order.

Can you do custom zippers and zipper pulls?

Yes; please provide necessary artwork and color information.
